Candidates for Governor square off in first debate

MOOHOOF - Governor Peter McGlavin and opponent Moohoovian Mayor Dingleburg faced off at the Randal Dandal Buffet Convention Center Tuesday, in the first face-to-face debate ever since the start of the election.

Republican Governor McGlavin and Democrat Mayor Dingleburg, were asked major issues facing the State of Cratoria.

Governor McGlavin was on the offensive against his opponent Dingleburg for his administration as Mayor of Moohoof. Questioning the balance spending and why much of the taxes where going towards massive modern art sculptors of paper clips and thumb tacks along the Aldrin River park instead of more important funding.

The debate ended with both candidates tackling each other to the ground where a group of security and bystanders had to separate the two. A eye witness claims to of heard Gov. McGlavin mummer something along the lines of "Modern Art twat." while he brushed off the physical encounter with Dingleburg and walked towards the entrance to his limo.
The crowd was later heard after the incident applauding and chanting "Pete!" while throwing food and alcoholic cans and bottles at Mayor Dingleburg.
